Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to justify assessments with concise explanations. This is a remote, freelance opportunity paying up to $15/hr with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on subtle cues.
• Experience explaining or evaluating AI outputs is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
