Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what went off, all in English.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to make clear decisions when options are imperfect. This is a 1099 contract with weekly payments and opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in a natural way.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
