Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This 1099 contract opportunity offers pay up to $15 per hour and weekly payments. Contributors help shape how AI systems reason and improve by providing structured feedback, with access to leading LLMs and the ability to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
