Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all from a remote, flexible schedule.

You will rating realism and adherence, and you may work from multiple locations with pay up to $15 per hour. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with weekly payments in USD and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with a written explanation in English.
