Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what is off in writing, all remotely and on your schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing observations.
