Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will assess live AI conversations, compare image/video pairs, and explain issues in writing to help improve AI systems. The role is freelance, 1099, with compensation up to $15 per hour and weekly payouts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios and thinking on your feet.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts best.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flicker, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and write explanations in English.
