Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, judge which adheres to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on your own schedule and help shape AI systems in real-world use. Responsibilities include assessing conversations, evaluating media quality, and providing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear explanation in English.
