Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to inspect outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Willingness to work remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing clear, English explanations that point to what was observed.
