Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and explain what went wrong, all from a remote location with flexible hours.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. You will review images, videos, and audio to judge adherence to prompts and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to listen, replay and analyze.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English citing what was observed.
