Job summary

Birdeye is seeking a customer-focused Implementation Specialist in Dallas to own the end-to-end deployment of Birdeye's AI and voice solutions. You will work closely with customers, IT teams, Product, and Engineering to configure, test, and launch solutions successfully.

This is a customer-facing implementation and configuration role, not a backend engineering role. You will lead go-live activities, coordinate integrations, and ensure a smooth post-launch validation for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of SaaS implementation or professional services.
• Strong project management and customer-facing communication.
• Comfortable with integrations, workflows, APIs, and technical concepts.
• Able to translate business requirements into agent workflows and configurations.
• Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations from kickoff through go-live, including timelines and risks.
• Execute integration playbooks and coordinate EHR/PMS and third-party integrations.
• Configure providers, appointment types, availability, widgets, knowledge bases, and other product settings.
• Configure AI agents, including workflows, prompts, guardrails, and business rules.
• Lead UAT, end-to-end testing, go-live, and post-launch validation.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and update playbooks.
