RYZE is seeking a performance‑minded AI Video Editor to power our paid social advertising engine on Meta. You will turn raw footage and briefs into high‑performing short‑form ads using traditional editing techniques and AI video tools.

You will experiment with Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt and other platforms to generate assets, craft multiple variations, and optimize hooks, pacing, captions, and sound design for maximum CTR and conversions. This is a fully remote, fast‑paced role.

Qualificações

• 2+ years editing in performance marketing, paid social, DTC or e‑commerce.
• Portfolio demonstrating short‑form paid social ads and AI‑driven creative.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Edit raw footage into high‑quality, conversion‑focused social ads for Meta.
• Transform scripts and concepts into compelling short‑form ads.
• Use generative AI to create and enhance video, images, and animations.
• Explore AI tools to develop new advertising concepts.
• Create multiple creative variations quickly with different hooks and pacing.
• Add captions, sound design, music, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Maintain strong pacing and visual hierarchy for paid social performance.
• Review performance metrics to inform future creative iterations.
• Turn insights into new tests and variations.
