Qualifications

• Proven experience creating AI-generated video ads used as paid ads on U.S. Meta platforms for ecommerce brands.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant AI video advertising experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI video generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield and others) is important.
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative and conversion-focused advertising is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently with AI generation tokens and achieve quality results with minimal attempts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and handle a high volume of creative production.
• Reliable, communicative, and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Turn provided scripts and concepts into finished, test-ready AI video ads optimized for Meta.
• Create AI UGC-style ads, VSL-style ads, and AI b-roll using modern AI video generation tools.
• Apply direct-response techniques such as hooks, pattern interrupts, captions, text overlays, and clear CTAs.
• Produce a high volume of ad variations from each script or concept.
• Use AI generation tokens efficiently by planning shots and prompts to minimize generations.
• Iterate on creative based on performance data and feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI video models and tools to achieve strongest results.
