Qualifications

• Direct-response advertising and Meta creative strategy expertise.
• Strong audience psychology and VOC interpretation.
• Knowledge of hooks, angles, mechanisms, and message-market fit.
• Ability to decide when ads should lead to PDP, advertorial, or sales page.
• Production of static ads and short-form video with AI tools.
• Experience with AI image/video workflows and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Read briefs, audience research, and brand strategy documents.
• Decide what each batch should test and why.
• Source and analyse strong visual references.
• Develop angles, hooks, scripts, concepts, storyboards, and landing-page direction.
• Produce static ads and short-form video ads.
• Use AI image, video, voice, and editing tools at a high level.
• Create meaningful variants without repetitive AI output.
• Review work for persuasion, quality, brand fit, and compliance.
• Refine weak generations and plan next tests.
• Package assets for launch and document tests.
• Analyze results and apply learnings to the next batch.
