The role emphasizes fast delivery, data-informed iteration, and collaboration with the generation tool team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years cutting direct response ads for Meta, proficiency in Premiere or DaVinci, CapCut for trends, and native US English copy.

Qualifications

AI-first mindset with ability to research what's selling and write prompts.
Experience with Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney or ElevenLabs.

Responsibilities

Turn briefs from the creative lead into finished ads.
Produce weekly concepts and hook variations; balance multiple versions.
Include real footage plus AI-generated content (AI presenter, synthetic scenes).
Track spend, hook rate, CPA and ROAS; iterate based on performance.
