Innovative Metrics is seeking a Direct Response Video Creator in Beverly Hills to produce high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will turn winning angles into multiple variations, craft hooks and scripts, and collaborate with media buyers to iterate based on data.

- Proven experience creating direct response video ads (not just organic content).
- Strong understanding of hooks, scroll-stopping intros, and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Experience working with paid social teams or media buyers and delivering quickly.

- Create high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Turn winning angles into multiple variations quickly.
- Develop hooks, scripts, and concepts to stop scroll and drive action.
- Collaborate with media buyers to iterate based on performance data.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and refine creatives accordingly.
- Produce UGC-style, testimonial, founder-style, and problem/solution ads.
- Leverage AI tools to generate and scale creatives.
- Plan and execute on-location shoots with models/actors.
- Maintain a high output of creatives (5–20+ per week).
