Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a senior UX AI Designer to shape intuitive experiences across enterprise AI platforms. You will lead UX strategy for Generative AI tools, conversational interfaces, and agentic AI systems, partnering with AI architects, engineers, and business leaders to deliver scalable, user-centered designs.

Requires 7+ years in UX/design with strong skills in research, prototyping, and design systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user experience design, product design, or related fields.
• Experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of design systems, UX research, and accessibility considerations.

Responsibilities

• Leads UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and tools.
• Designs experiences for Generative AI platforms, copilots, and chat-based interfaces.
• Collaborates with AI architects, engineers, and product owners to translate AI capabilities into user-centered designs.
• Develops user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Creates prompts and interaction models for conversational AI and workflow automation.
