Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a UX AI Designer to shape intuitive AI experiences across enterprise platforms. You will translate Generative AI capabilities into user-centered designs for colleagues and clients.

You will lead user research, develop journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with AI engineers and product teams to ensure trustworthy, accessible experiences. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in UX required; travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field required.
• Seven years of UX design experience; at least 3 years supporting AI-enabled products.
• Experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, or automation tools.
• Experience in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products.
• Design UX for Generative AI platforms and chat-based interfaces.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Develop user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create conversational prompts and prompt flows for AI interactions.
• Apply human-centered design with explainability and trust in AI tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs.
• Coordinate with data and engineering to align UX with data context.
• Support governance, accessibility, and UX design standards across products.
• Travel as required.
