Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• FCAS fellowship accreditation.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, AI, automation, or emerging technologies to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-enabled actuarial solutions that improve business insight, decision-making, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
• Advances the development and adoption of new capabilities within the actuarial organization, serving as an early adopter and thought leader in AI, analytics, automation, and cloud tech.
• Works with senior management in the development and execution of the Actuarial AI Strategy across the organization.
• Builds strong relationships with peers, business partners, and leaders across functions.
• Promotes AI adoption, education, and change management throughout the actuarial organization.
• Stays current on actuarial, technology, AI, and insurance developments to guide strategic decisions.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
