Prosci seeks a Principal AI Transformation Leader in the US to win and deliver multi‑million AI transformation engagements. You will own the book of business from the first conversation to the delivered result, lead the engagement, run workshops with client teams to build AI capabilities, and prove value with working prototypes while guiding people through change.

Qualifications

Consultative selling of six- and seven-figure professional services to executive buyers, incl. pricing and proposals.
Build pipeline through speaking, thought leadership and outreach to named accounts.
Facilitate executive and team working sessions, leading the people side of change.
Practical use of enterprise AI assistants and agent tools to scope builds.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end AI transformation engagements from win to deliver.
Lead engagements as the senior Prosci voice and client accountability.
Map client workflows and build first working prototypes in client environments.
Direct technical scoping and leverage certified delivery partners as needed.
Grow accounts through recurring coaching and expansion into additional functions.
