Job summary

Pencil is seeking a strategic and technical owner to lead transformation engagements for a defined set of accounts. You define the thesis, structure the engagement, and co-design recommendations with engineers and creative leads, guiding enterprise-wide change and ensuring delivery quality.

You will translate GenAI concepts into repeatable processes, act as the voice of the customer, and shape a scalable playbook that accelerates AI adoption across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in consulting, agency, or enterprise transformation roles.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with enterprise technology and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Own transformation engagement strategy and narrative for client accounts.
• Structure problems, define workstreams, and sequence decisions for delivery.
• Lead change management to scale AI-enabled workflows within client organizations.
• Translate GenAI concepts into repeatable operating processes for clients.
• Provide customer insights to Product/Engineering to inform Pencil roadmap.
• Codify successful approaches into repeatable Transformation Blueprints.
