Zusammenfassung

Pencil, based in North America, seeks a Transformation Lead with 5+ years in consulting or agency settings to guide enterprise AI-driven transformations for clients in advertising tech. You will design the engagement narrative, plan delivery, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads.

You’ll translate GenAI concepts into repeatable processes, collect product feedback, and codify blueprints for repeatable success.

Qualifikationen

Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting or an agency setting
Experience with AI-driven enterprise transformations
Strong quantitative/analytical background

Aufgaben

Own client narrative and engagement plan, aligning with engineers and creative leads
Structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses and structured workstreams
Lead enterprise-wide transformation and drive AI adoption
Translate GenAI concepts into repeatable operating processes
Act as voice of the customer to inform product and engineering
Codify repeatable blueprints from successful engagements
