Pencil is seeking a seasoned transformation leader to own strategic and technical engagements for a defined set of accounts. You will shape the thesis, co-design recommendations with engineers and creative leads, and guide enterprise-wide change to ensure AI-powered workflows are adopted and sustained.

You will partner with relevant stakeholders, translate complex problems into actionable workstreams, and deliver repeatable blueprints that strengthen Pencil’s enterprise offerings across clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting or an agency setting.
• AI-native in day-to-day; Claude Cowork experience is required, Claude Code a plus.
• Tech-fluent; comfortable configuring Pencil platform agents and discussing technical stacks.

• Implementation Leadership: Own the narrative and the strategic plan for the engagement.
• Structured Problem-Solving: Frame ambiguous problems into hypotheses, workstreams and decisions.
• Change Management Leadership: Guide enterprise-wide transformation and AI-driven workflows with stakeholders.
• AI Process Design: Translate GenAI concepts into repeatable operating processes.
• Product Feedback Loop: Voice of the customer to Product and Engineering for enterprise readiness.
• Transformation Blueprints: Codify successful approaches into repeatable playbooks.
