Job summary

Pencil is hiring a senior transformation lead to own strategic engagements with defined accounts, shaping transformation theses, and co-designing recommendations with engineers and creatives. You drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-driven workflows and ensure delivery excellence across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will translate client needs into repeatable blueprints, influence Pencil's product roadmap, and guide stakeholders through complex organizational change while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, transformation, or enterprise tech implementation.
• Experience guiding enterprise change and digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own transformation thesis and engagement plan for client accounts.
• Structure problems from first principles into actionable workstreams.
• Lead enterprise-wide change efforts and align stakeholders.
• Translate GenAI concepts into repeatable operating processes.
• Act as voice of customer to inform product and engineering.
• Create repeatable Transformation Blueprints for future engagements.
