Pencil is seeking a strategic and technical owner for transformation engagements across key accounts, guiding the advisory narrative and governance from first principles to execution. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads to design and schedule recommendations, ensuring adoption and impact across the client’s enterprise.

You’ll thrive by combining consulting rigor with hands-on platform work, enabling AI-driven workflows, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting or an agency setting, in-house transformation, programme management, or enterprise technology implementation.

• Own the transformation engagement narrative and plan, aligning with engineers and creative leads.
• Structure problems from first principles into actionable hypotheses, workstreams, and decisions.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation, moving clients from pilots to integrated, AI-driven workflows.
• Translate GenAI concepts into repeatable operating processes.
• Act as voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and engineering.
• Codify successful approaches into reusable Transformation Blueprints.
