Job summary

Pencil is seeking a strategic and technical owner of transformation engagements for North American accounts. You will set the thesis, co-design recommendations with engineers and creative leads, and drive enterprise‑wide change to embed AI‑driven workflows.

You’ll own client narratives and the project plan across complex, cross‑functional teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consulting or agency settings, strong stakeholder management, and hands‑on technical fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting or an agency setting, in‑house transformation, programme management, or enterprise technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative told to the client and the strategic and tactical plan that drives the engagement.
• Structure problems from first principles into clear hypotheses, workstreams, and sequenced decisions.
• Lead clients through enterprise‑wide transformation and AI‑driven workflows.
• Translate GenAI concepts into clear operating processes client teams can execute day‑to‑day.
• Feed insights back to Product and Engineering to keep Pencil’s roadmap enterprise‑ready.
• Codify repeatable Transformation Blueprints for future engagements.
