Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in automation or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or another regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Internal Audit, SOX, Quality Assurance, Risk, or Controls.
• Experience translating complex processes into structured requirements.
• Experience developing acceptance criteria, test cases, and evaluation datasets.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Audit and QA SMEs to document decision logic, evidence requirements, and review criteria.
• Translate policies, controls, rubrics, and expert judgment into discrete, testable requirements.
• Develop evaluation datasets, acceptance criteria, test cases, and performance thresholds.
• Define capability requirements including inputs/outputs, exception handling, human review, and escalation rules.
• Document current-state processes and target-state AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead stakeholder sessions and manage requirements through engineering delivery.
• Support testing by comparing AI outputs against reviewer conclusions and identifying gaps.
