Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation tasks that help train next-generation AI systems. This is a fully remote, hourly-contract role with flexible hours (10–40 per week) and no prior AI experience required.

You will label, rate, and review AI outputs across text, image, and audio, following clear rubrics. Strong English writing and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated content — that directly train AI systems to improve.
• Assess AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
• Apply detailed evaluation rubrics to deliver consistent, high-quality feedback.
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, and low-quality outputs using structured reporting tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
