This is a remote, flexible-hour contract role that pays up to $15 per hour with additional incentives.

You’ll join a team shaping how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to real-world AI performance improvements through structured feedback and quality assessments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot anomalies like distortions or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues in English.
