Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and write concise explanations in writing.

Earnings vary by expertise and project requirements, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, captions, and audio, and providing clear, evidence-based feedback that helps improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation.
• Complete tasks such as image and video evaluations and caption labeling.
