Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation tasks that help train next-generation AI systems. This is a fully remote, hourly-contract role with flexible hours (10–40 per week) and no prior AI experience required.

You will label, rate, and review AI outputs across text, image, and audio, following clear rubrics. Strong English writing and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
