Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on their remote platform. You’ll role-play live conversations with AI voice models, rank responses, and explain in writing what is off, helping AI systems improve.

Flexible hours, remote work, and frequent payments are offered. You’ll review image and video pairs, report issues like artifactual distortions, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with natural everyday speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Willingness to discuss and articulate reasoning clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English detailing observations.
