Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

The role helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and written explanations. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with sharp attention to detail and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
