Codefeast is seeking experienced customer service professionals to help create and review conversational data for training speech-to-speech AI agents. You will participate in natural, human-enacted conversations that reflect realistic customer support situations, such as inquiries, troubleshooting, account questions, complaints, and issue resolution.

This project-based role requires at least 2 years in customer service, 1 year in AI training, and strong spoken English with a US accent.

Competenze

At least 2 years of professional customer service experience.
At least 1 year of AI training experience.
Very strong spoken English with a natural US accent.
Strong customer communication, listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
Experience resolving issues and handling varied customer situations professionally.

Mansioni

Participate in natural customer service conversations as a customer and/or representative.
Simulate realistic support interactions and workflows.
Follow provided scenarios, conversation guidelines, and project instructions.
Maintain natural pacing, tone, pronunciation, and conversational flow.
Ensure recordings sound authentic and conversational rather than read or scripted.
Review assigned work and make corrections based on quality feedback when required.
