Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, identify issues like distorted motion or mismatched audio, and rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, contributing to real-world AI improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review recordings carefully.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural they sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
