Job summary

Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to participate in realistic, human-enacted conversations for an AI data project. You will handle simulated support calls, resolve issues, and create audio used to train speech-based AI.

This is remote, independent contractor work with about 15 hours per week and roughly 170 openings. Applicants must complete a 60-second on-camera script read and join an onboarding bootcamp.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Native-level English fluency with a clear U.S. accent.
• A computer, reliable internet, a headset or USB microphone, and a quiet place to record.
• Able to commit about 15 hours per week.

Participants may not be based in: China, South Korea, EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Kenya, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Nor the following US States: Illinois, Tennessee, California, New York, Washington, Montana, Texas, Colorado.
