Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management with AI tool experience.
• Experience with AI workflow automation and prompt engineering.
• Strong written communication and ability to define evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on with software development life cycle and Agile practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value CS AI workflows and oversee tool development.
• Define tooling governance, templates, acceptance criteria, and governance across end-to-end workflows.
• Maintain health of the AI tools repository, version history, and deprecation criteria.
• Conduct regular repository audits and health reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff for team-wide training sessions and communications.
