Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an AI Implementation Technical Program Manager to build and steward the CS AI Tools Repository. You will collaborate with product, engineering, operations and frontline teams to turn knowledge into reusable, verified AI tools while ensuring accuracy and currentness as processes evolve.

You will own the full skills lifecycle, define governance standards, and run evaluation frameworks to ensure tool quality. This role emphasizes responsible AI and cross-team impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, LLM-based product development, or AI workflow automation.
• Exceptional written communication translating complex operational workflows for non-technical readers.
• Experience designing and running quality or evaluation frameworks and defining standards.
• Strong program management instincts balancing stakeholders and delivering reliably.
• Collaborative, low-ego style across product, engineering, operations, and analytics teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of software development life-cycle; Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Tools Repository end to end and steward governance.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and frontline teams to turn institutional knowledge into AI tools.
• Define templates, acceptance criteria, and governance across the workflow.
• Design test cases and pass/fail standards for new tools before inclusion.
• Maintain repository health, version history, and deprecation criteria.
• Lead cross-functional training and communications on AI tool usage.
• Champion responsible AI practices with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checks.
