Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking an AI Program Manager for Special Projects and Innovation. You will govern AI use, drive enablement, and deliver deployable AI tools across a national US footprint with remote work and occasional travel to job sites.

You will build frameworks, steward programs, and mentor AI Champions while reporting to the VP of Engineering & Technology, ensuring alignment with company goals and security standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience maturing an AI enablement program or CoE.
• Hands-on delivery of AI or LLM-powered solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Establish light-touch AI governance company-wide; data handling and security guardrails.
• Raise AI fluency through training, documentation, and reusable libraries.
• Turn ideas into deployable AI tools and integrations at scale.
