Job summary

WebLife is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition to join the allintalent team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across AI, automation, and engineering roles for international clients, leveraging AI tools and modern platforms to source, screen, and engage top talent.

You will build and maintain candidate pipelines across Asia, Latin America, and other markets, while nurturing strong client relationships and delivering high-quality placements in a remote, async-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting for international clients, preferably US/UK/Australia.
• Experience using AI tools and modern recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across AI, automation, and engineering roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple markets.
• Engage candidates, coordinate assessments, and provide updates to clients.
• Use AI tools and recruitment tech to improve sourcing and screening.
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
