EverAI Limited is redefining AI companionship at a global scale, with a fully remote team and a mission to grow from 50M to 500M users. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top global talent, collaborate with founders, and shape a scalable recruitment stack leveraging AI tools.

You'll own the candidate journey from discovery to close, work with leaders across the business, and drive employer branding to attract the world’s best AI talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale‑up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM and beyond.
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• You thrive in a high‑trust environment with autonomy to learn and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent, aligning with EverAI's scale.
• Collaborate with founders and leaders to assemble world-class teams.
• Refine hiring workflows and experiment with AI tools to improve sourcing.
• Launch employer branding initiatives to position EverAI as a top destination for AI talent.
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates to stay ahead of hiring needs.
