Ladders is seeking an AI Agent Operations Specialist, Support to help design, optimize, and maintain AI-enabled support experiences, driving faster issue resolution and better customer success.

You will work across support operations, content, and data analysis to strengthen conversational workflows, identify friction points, and improve AI interactions. This is a remote US-based role with competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
• Strong interest in AI-driven tools and chatbot design.
• Proven writing and organizational skills for content management.
• Ability to identify gaps and improve workflows through problem-solving.
• Familiarity with internal systems and AI performance analysis.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
