Job summary

Flock is seeking a conversation design leader to own end-to-end design for our AI support agents, shaping prompts, intents, and deployment strategies.

You will drive measurable lifts in AI-resolved conversations while ensuring trust-critical handoffs remain human-reviewed and compliant with safety requirements. The role partners with Support, Product, and Trust teams to align with SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing live AI agent conversations with performance data
• Ability to map intents and train utterances in production
• Experience building guardrails for escalation paths and trust-sensitive flows
• Fluency reading logs and dashboards to diagnose failures
• Clear, on-brand customer-facing writing style

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end conversation design for AI support agents from intent mapping to production deployment.
• Improve AI-resolved conversations while maintaining quality handoffs to humans.
• Design escalation and fallback logic for SEV incidents, VIP, and Safe City accounts.
• Establish a conversation analytics practice to prioritize design fixes.
• Create design standards and documentation to scale multiple bots.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Trust teams to align with SLA and safety requirements.
