Dell Technologies is seeking an Advisory AI Strategist to help customers move from pilots to production AI, building sustainable operating models and measurable business outcomes. You will work with customer stakeholders and Dell teams to frame AI problems and design scalable solutions within the Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) Unit.

Remote - United States role requiring leadership in AI discovery, governance, and change management to drive value realization across enterprise environments.

Formación

• Typically 6+ years in enterprise consulting, analytics, AI/ML programs, or transformation-led sales with large, complex organizations.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution, ideally including AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Strong problem-framing, discovery, and root-cause analysis of organizational issues.
• Experience designing or refining operating models and governance connecting tech to business outcomes and risk.
• Proven stakeholder management and facilitation with executives across business and IT.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate AI capabilities and results into business value.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and Dell locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or co-lead AI discovery, problem framing, and diagnosis with customer teams.
• Co-design AI operating models and governance for secure, scalable AI use cases.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by mapping decision makers and facilitating workshops.
• Define scope, success criteria, and readiness for AI proofs of value and production rollouts.
• Define adoption and enablement approaches including training and communities of practice.
