Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, 5+ years with a PhD, or equivalent experience as a strategy consultant in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams, project teams, and informal teams, with outstanding problem solving, structuring, analytical, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
• Comfort with fast moving markets, incomplete data, and ambiguity, plus the drive to work independently.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic AI growth opportunities across Dell services and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Build business cases for Dell Services as a differentiator in AI buying decisions.
• Interview customers and partners to test hypotheses and validate strategies.
• Scale Services delivery models and assess investment options (build, partner, acquire).
