Job summary

Ladders is seeking an AI Architect to shape the enterprise AI vision and establish architectural standards across a global environment. You will guide platform strategy, govern implementations, and translate AI capabilities into scalable business solutions.

You will collaborate with executives, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to advance interoperability, security, and operational readiness while delivering cutting-edge AI initiatives and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or cloud platforms.
• 7+ years in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, enterprise integration, security, and distributed systems.
• Proven leadership in influencing executives and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategy, architecture standards, and roadmaps.
• Architect and govern AI platforms using leading cloud and AI technologies.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions and workflows.
• Drive adoption of interoperability standards and enterprise integration patterns.
• Build enterprise knowledge architectures with advanced data management techniques.
• Architect RAG solutions utilizing various database technologies.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering security and compliance.
• Implement AI observability and performance measurement tools.
• Partner with leaders across business and technology to deliver AI initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for AI operations and governance.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
