Job summary

LingaTech seeks a Senior AI Consultant to lead strategic AI adoption, governance, and operationalization across a large organization in the United States. You will partner with executives and tech teams to identify high-value AI use cases, build ROI models, and drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and governance.

You will translate complex AI capabilities into practical strategies, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes, guiding change management and workforce enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in strategy/consulting.
• Proven ability to deliver ROI and value realization for tech investments.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, risk and compliance considerations.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable AI initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and workshop facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI strategies aligned with business goals and transformation priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI use cases with stakeholders.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for AI adoption, governance, and operating models.
• Translate AI opportunities and risks into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Create business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks for AI investments.
• Facilitate executive workshops to gather requirements and secure sponsorship.
• Collaborate with data science, security, legal, and governance teams to ensure scalability.
• Monitor AI market trends and advise on adoption, vendor selection, and modernization.
