Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join a remote, freelance project. You will record natural Uzbek speech and annotate metadata for real-life conversations, supporting evaluation and improvement of speech-enabled AI models. Flexible, task-based work with immediate start and ~2–4 hours daily.

Compensation is $9 per hour, with payments on a timely basis. Prior data recording experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Northern Uzbek.
• Advanced level English to understand instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Ability to follow recording guidelines and project instructions.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Uzbek speech following project guidelines.
• Capture conversations from approved real-life situations.
• Complete conversational speech tasks with AI or machine-system interactions.
• Annotate speech data according to provided instructions and metadata.
• Provide required information for each recording and ensure data quality.
