Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking an AI QA Analyst to own the full testing lifecycle for AI-powered legal solutions. You will design and execute tests, including boundary and edge cases, and work with AI tools to validate outputs, ensuring production-ready reliability.

Join a remote-first, high-visibility team reporting to the Director of QA, with a focus on quality standards and scalable testing across Azure DevOps pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to test AI-powered solutions.
• 4+ years of formal QA experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, from unit tests to system and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Analysts to create AI-assisted test cases and validate AI outputs.
• Integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for each solution.
• Define system-level testing strategies covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate security testing with the dedicated security team.
• Maintain testing docs, defects, and quality metrics for leadership visibility.
• Foster a quality-driven culture across the delivery team.
