Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA experience across full testing lifecycle.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing (manual + automated).
• Hands-on experience integrating test suites into CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Design boundary/edge-case tests for complex, data-driven apps.
• Knowledge of performance and scalability testing; load testing tools a plus.
• Strong defect tracking, test documentation, and quality metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions.
• Generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Define system-level test strategies with the Director of QA.
• Coordinate with security teams to translate security testing into test cases.
• Evaluate AI solution reliability under real-world conditions.
• Maintain test documentation and quality metrics for leadership visibility.
• Champion a quality culture across the delivery team.
