McDermott Will & Schulte LLP is seeking an AI QA Analyst to own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions. You will partner with AI Analysts and engineering to ensure reliability, build AI-assisted test cases, and integrate tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

A remote-first team supports high-quality production releases with a focus on security and scalability. The role requires 4+ years of QA experience, strong unit/integration/system/regression testing, and a BS in CS/IS/Engineering

Qualifications

• AI tools usage for testing lifecycle.
• 4+ years formal QA experience.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
• BS in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions.
• Generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Define system-level test strategies with the Director of QA.
• Coordinate with security team for security test cases.
• Evaluate AI solution reliability under real-world conditions.
• Maintain test docs, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
• Promote a quality culture within the delivery team.
